Lake Tawakoni Regional Chamber of Commerce conducts the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony Saturday morning for a new business in Quinlan, Sunshine Tax and Bookkeeping Service. The company opened its offices at 1205 E. Quinlan Pkwy., Suite F.
