Larry Pare
President
Larry was born in Lawrence Massachusetts. He then married his wife Rhella and they raised their two daughters in Southington Connecticut. Larry is retired from the State of Connecticut after working 30 years as a Youth Service officer over a Diagnostic Treatment Unit for Adjudicated Youths. While residing in Connecticut he owned and operated Level Acres Ranch a Therapeutic Equestrian Center / Riding Academy. Larry also was involved with the Special Olympics with UConn and Yale Universities. After retirement he and his wife Rhella moved to Texas were they now reside in Quinlan and are the owner/operators of L&R Ranch were he gives riding lessons, trains horses as well as some Therapeutic Equestrian Therapy. Larry is also a member of the Masonic Lodge. As President of the Chamber of Commerce his hope is to bring all areas of the Community together to become as one.
Ben Bennett
Vice President
Ben served 23 years in United State Air Force. He retired in 1984 as Chief Master Sergeant. Ben attended Golden Gate University in San Francisco where he received a Master Degree in Organizational Management. He attended the University of Hawaii and obtained a Bachelor Degree in Science, Math and Far East/Middle East Philosophy. He also has an Associate Degree in Science and Biology. Ben spent his career working at L-3 Communications. Raytheon, E-Systems, Lockheed and US Air Force. He is a member of Quinlan First United Methodist church and currently serves as Treasurer. He is the Vice President of West Tawakoni Economic Development and currently serves on the Hunt County Appraisal Review Board and the Board as Vice President for Lake Tawakoni Regional Chamber of Commerce. In the past he has also served as President for Lake Tawakoni Regional Chamber of Commerce and United Way and Treasurer of Greenville Fish Ministries (Food Pantry).
Megan Earls
Treasurer
Megan Earls was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon and went to college to become a medical assistant. Soon after she started working for a primary care clinic she met her husband Daniel Earls, and moved with him to Quinlan in 2008 after their wedding to help run the family business, D. Earls Tax Service. Megan has worked for D. Earls Tax Service for 3 years. She started in the accounts payable position, helped out in the bookkeeping department and also served as the receptionist when needed. She currently is the Office Manager for the Quinlan location and the Payroll Processing Administrator along with being the Secretary/Treasurer for D. Earls. Megan currently lives in Royce City with her husband Daniel and their chocolate lab, Emory. In her down time Megan likes to play with her 2 year old godson and cheer on the University of Oregon football team, Go Ducks!
Syneace Beard
Secretary
Syneace was born in McKinney, Texas and was raised in Dallas and Carrollton. She graduated from Newman Smith High School in Carrollton. She moved to Cash in 1999 in order to be closer to her son, who lived in Greenville at the time. Syneace is an active member at Harvest Bible Church. She also services on the board of directors for Women's Education Foundation, a non-profit organization. She is owner of Untamed Visions Creative Arts, a web/graphic design company.

Micheal French is the Superintendent of Quinlan ISD and former Superintendent of Scurry-Rosser ISD, Blue-Ribbon Award Winner for dramatic academic improvement for the 2004-2008 school years. He has been in education since 1995 and has been characterized as an innovative thinker, student achievement driven and a staunch advocate for public education.

Wife to a great guy, mother to 5 super sons and Nana to 7 wonderful grandchildren. Owned Country Basket Florist & Gift Shop in Quinlan for 28 years. Have been a realtor for 5 years with Exit Realty Pinnacle Group in Quinlan, where I was the top Listing Agent for 2009. As a Realtor I specialize in listing and selling homes Hunt and Rockwall counties. I am certified in Short Sales and Foreclosures. I have been a member of the First United Methodist Church for over 20 years. I am a proud Rotarian with the Royse City Rotary Club.
Ashley Reeder

Ashley Bain-Reeder is a wife to a wonderful man, and mother to two amazing children. Ashley has worked in the community since 2006. She began her career as an advertising representative for Texas Twister Publications working to get our businesses the attention and business they deserve until last year. Ashley is now the Marketing Representative and Community Educator for Angels Care Home Health and enjoys informing the community on different services and educational material to maximize their healthcare. She has lived in the area since 1995 and currently resides in Royse City. Ashley enjoys serving the community in whatever way possible.
Adam Slaughter

Adam is an insurance agent out of Quinlan, Texas where he was born and raised. Insurance has been a family business for a little over 20 years. His father is an agent and now Adam has decided to follow in his footsteps. Adam considers himself to be an agent for the people. He likes to help people gain knowledge about what their coverage’s are and make sure they are adequately covered. From small Quinlan,Texas Adam married his wife Lauren of almost 2 years. Adam strives to be the best and most knowledgeable in any field that he is in. He is a local chamber of commerce board member where he is trying to help grow and improve the community and its businesses. Though right now he is a small independent agent, he has big plans for the future. Within 5 years Adam plans to have at least one more Agency open within the North East Texas area.
Tiffony Upchurch

Tiffony Upchurch is a graduate of East Texas State University with a B.S. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Tiffony grew-up and attended school in Quinlan. Following college, Tiffony returned home to teach Kindergarten for one short year. After teaching, she pursued a successful five-year real estate career where community involvement became a valued focus. Promoting the community through the years, lead to serving Quinlan Independent School District since 2000 as the Director of School Community Relations. Tiffony has been an active board member of the Chamber of Commerce since 1997, serving as chairwoman of the annual Quinlan Christmas parade. She also serves as a board member to the Lake Tawakoni Area Public Library and is the QISD Liaison for the QISD Education Foundation.
